Julien Szyndler and Laura Flores Szyndler, united by their shared passion for gastronomy, have carved a remarkable path through distinct culinary experiences. Julien, originally from Valenciennes, and Laura, native of Puebla, Mexico, have both worked alongside Michelin-starred chefs and in prestigious locations, from Montreuil-sur-Mer to the Pacific coast.

Their meeting at the Château de Montreuil marked the beginning of a unique collaboration, blending their skills and inspirations. Together, they contributed to the flourishing of the restaurants L’Anecdote and La Grenouillère, under the leadership of double Michelin-starred chef Alexandre Gauthier. It was there that they developed their shared vision of bold and refined cuisine, merging French and Mexican influences through innovative dishes.

In 2020, enriched by their extensive experiences, Julien and Laura decided to create their own culinary universe. Their restaurant, a symbol of their union and joint creativity, now embodies a journey of unexpected flavors, where boldness and finesse harmoniously combine to offer an unforgettable gastronomic experience.
